Did you know that our favorite camp slayer was born, at midnight, on June 13th? And that June 13th is falling on a Friday this year? To celebrate, we’re resurrecting our F13 Knockout tournament AND adding an all day event!
Jason Must Die: Community Kill Count Challenge
Join us as we team up with the F13 community to finally take down Jason Voorhees — again, and again… and again. Jason has 163 on screen kills under his belt (yes, yes, we know about Solaris), so it’s only fitting that we kill Jason at least 163 times. This will be an all day event on June 13th. If you want to join, just start streaming and recording the number of times you beat F13 on NES! You can use the tag #HappyBirthdayJason to make it easier for folks to find you.
Knockout Details
Just like last time, the knockout will consist of a series of races using the Race% version. The slowest runner(s) from each heat will be eliminated and the remaining runners will continue — this continues until there is only one remaining! We’ll post more details in discord. The knockout tournament will take place on June 14th at 1pm EST.
